  • 1 sheet Woolworths all-butter puff pastry
  • 30 g hard cheese
  • Exotic tomatoes, as a topping
  • Fresh basil, as a topping
  • Mozzarella, as a topping

Ingredients

Halve 1 sheet thawed Woolworths all-butter puff pastry lengthways, then grate over 30 g hard cheese.

Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes.

Top with panfried exotic tomatoes, fresh basil, torn mozzarella and season to taste.
