  • 2 x 280 g Woolworths Madeira cakes
  • Strawberry jam
  • 200 g desiccated coconut, toasted
  • Custard

Method

Ingredients

Cut the crusts off 2 x 280 g Woolworths Madeira cakes to make even slabs, then cut each cake into 8 even cubes.

Generously spread each side with strawberry jam.

Roll in 200 g toasted dessicated coconut to coat.

Serve with custard.
