1. Balsamic chicken livers

3. Crispy pork rashers with cabbage

This recipe by Hannah Lewry showcases how simple ingredients can be made bougie. Roasted cabbage and crispy pork rashers are served in a green peppercorn gravy. The results are spectacular.
