Hi there! According to Hannah, you only have to add pork fillet for last 20 minutes of cooking at the same time that you add the sauce. It wont take long to cook. Best, Annzra Denita Naidoo – Online Editor

I’m guessing it’s only for the last slow and low cooking at 160c, is that right?
