The sesame flavour is so unusual, yet works so well. Reminded me a bit of halva. Anyway, I couldn’t find black sesame seeds so I used white ones instead. It still tasted amazing… even if the colour wasn’t quite so interesting.

I don’t have an ice cream maker, but have found in the past that the whipped cream recipes don’t REALLY need constant churning. While it was freezing, I took it out once or twice for a quick stir and that seemed to be enough.

Will definitely make again :)
