They’re a real winner. I don’t use the condensed milk though as it’s got far too much sugar on top of the banana which already has the equivalent of 6 teaspoons of sugar! Not encouraging my granddaughter to have so much sugar.

Very runny batter, and could not get it to brown unless I stood over it the whole time. So also had banana favored scrambled eggs. As it is lock down, I am trying to be adventurous!

It seems like it needed more banana as it was very runny with the 1:1 ratio of banana and egg. Which meant I ended up eating somewhat of a banana-flavoured scrambled egg dish, instead of banana-flavoured flapjacks.
